Ms. Rhea Sundaran

Rhea Ma'am is a brilliant psychotherapist who approached my case with sensitivity, friendliness and nudged me into improving my mental health state tenfold since September 2023. When I went to her I was quite possibly having the most trying year of my life and wanted to get a hold on things. Rhea Ma'ams kindness, honesty, non judgemental and warm nature helped me open up and overcome a lot of problems that have been troubling me since the past few years. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. Highly recommend her.

I must say, Rhea is amazing. Right from the very first session, she created a safe space and was very empathetic towards me. This helped me open up and share my deepest fears and worries without hesitation.

She offered a tailored approach that included cognitive-behavioural techniques and mindfulness exercises. Throughout the process, Rhea provided consistent support and motivation, which greatly aided my progress.

I've worked with Rhea for around 6 months and it's been incredible. I wasn’t in crisis when I came into therapy, but I wanted help to address some persistent issues that were affecting my family relationships. She helped me deconstruct my thoughts and feelings which equipped me with a better ability to process some of my childhood and more recent life experiences. She is patient, non-judgemental, and applies the perfect balance between getting to the route of the problem, but also providing actionable tasks to work on in-between sessions. She takes effort and works with you to find the tools and techniques that work best for you. I'd happily recommend her to anyone looking for therapy.

My emotional state of being was shattered in pieces when I called up Rhea for counseling. It was difficult for for me to explain the issues to her. But her friendliness n non judgemental behaviour made it possible. She knows what she s doing n I trusted her way. Her process of sorting out the core issues is amazing. She has been patient with me all the way. As a emotinal person I always strayed from the root cause but she brought me back very gently. I m glad I knocked the right door. My experience with Rhea has been incredible. Opening up about your feelings and experiences can be daunting, but Rhea made this journey so easy for me and I was comfortable talking to her from the get go. We did a great deal of work building up my confidence, increasing my self support and helping me understand the importance of holding my space. I 100% recommend Rhea as she has listened to me with zero judgement, given me great advice and has also called me out when required without making me feel bad about myself.

I feel the effects of therapy in my day to day life, as I’m now able to carry myself through certain situations with much more ease and comfort than I previously used to.

Rhea is a wonderful and patient listener. That's the first thing I noticed about her. She asks questions throughout the sessions and gets a bigger perspective on our issues. I admired her ability to remember all the points of previous sessions too. Only then does she start helping you through various practices. By the time a month was over, I was in better grip of myself. Even now, when I need periodic help, Rhea is always there to help me. I recommend her to everyone who feel they need to make sense of their jumbled and overwhelming thoughts.

People tell you to be positive but no one tells you How to be positive. In the sessions I took with Rhea, she provided concrete steps on how to do this along with how to be kind and loving towards your own self: essentially she demystified the mumbo jumbo selfcare advice you see online and on instagram. This was greatly helpful for someone like me dealing with long-term depression. My last therapist would look at her watch during the sessions and here it was completely different: the therapist was present and gave her full attention. I thoroughly reccomend her.

Rhea is a wonderful therapist. She understands you more than you understand yourself and the best part is she doesn't stop there, she helps you understand your own potential and areas of growth. I worked on myself with Rhea and I've gained so much more than just what I'd lost. The therapeutic work that she does is so effortless yet so effective. I'm glad that she is a part of my mental health journey.

I had been going through accidental trauma, Ms. Rhea helped me in understanding my problem and also boost my confidence. The technique used by her is every effective and guidance provided with her helped me surpass the difficult times. She is very coperative and professional with her work.

Rhea sundaran is a very good and patient counselor. she is a very good listener and oozes out a very calm vibe.
